There’s a trend in Brooklyn where people eat at Guy Fieri’s restaurant “ironically” like good little hipsters.
But what would they say if Guy opened a restaurant in their “home” town? Would they love it? Would they hate it? Yes. Both. At the exact same time. Ironically and with happy disdain.
Personally I’m looking forward to the cheddar-stuffed Foie Gras (duck that’s been force-fed nacho cheese for two months).
