The Fat Head's Killer Chicken sandwich is made of quality chicken, delicious ham, melted Swiss cheese, sweet, juicy roasted red peppers and topped with Fat Head's famous Caribbean Killer sauce on a big-ass bun. It's served with a side of creamy ranch dressing and home-made chips.
I think I've ordered a Fat Head's Killer Chicken sandwich every Fat Monday for the past 20 or so Fat Mondays. It's one of those sandwiches that isn't too large or too filling or too fattening. La La La La La!!! I'm not listening to your arguments about the actual fat content! It's chicken with some hot sauce so to me, it's healthy.
This sandwich stands up well to the abuse of a Bring Back however the chips aren't always their best. But even if the sandwich was cold you wouldn't know it after tasting the Caribbean Killer sauce so some chips, whether fresh or not, will help cool the flames.
My only recommendation for improvement would be to supply more ranch dressing. Sometimes I think the chef has it out for me and adds extra Killer sauce. On those days some extra ranch would really help even out the overall taste of the sandwich.
Plus, I don't know what it is but certain restaurants seem to have the best ranch dressing and Fat Head's is in my top five. But that's a subject for another article. :-)
