Who we are

Fried Stuff With Cheese (friedstuffwithcheese.com) is operated by 37SOLUTIONS, LLC. We write about fried food and cheese. Our data appetite is considerably smaller than our regular one.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is cookie-free and aggregates anonymized data — we can see that a page was popular, not who you are.

Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to tell humans from bots, and delivered via Mailgun. We use your message to reply to you and for nothing else.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs — IP address, user agent, pages requested — for security and operations, per Vercel’s privacy policy.

What we don’t collect

No accounts, no comments, no newsletters, no advertising trackers, no selling of data to anyone. We wouldn’t know how to monetize your data; we barely monetize the cheese.

Affiliate links

Links to Amazon on this site are affiliate links. If you click one, Amazon sets its own cookies on its own domain and may pay us a commission on qualifying purchases — see our affiliate disclosure. What Amazon does with data on its side is governed by Amazon’s privacy notice.

Your rights

If you’ve emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask via the contact pageand we’ll remove it. Since we don’t hold accounts or profiles, there is usually nothing else to delete.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a note here rather than a surprise.
