One of our favorite restaurants recently decided to move to the Strip District closer to downtown Pittsburgh. So we decided to have another Sedan Challenge before they left us for greener pastures.
I’m not a salad-snob by any means. I don’t really care if the salad is made with romaine or iceberg or field greens as long as it has a decent buffalo chicken on top (with cheese, egg, black olives, bacon bits….). But to use shredded lettuce – the same stuff you put on top of a sandwich or taco salad – is just lazy.
